| Roma Sumner
Starks, 91, of Gilmer County, Ellijay, GA, died April 20, 1999. Mrs.
Starks was born July 16, 1907, in Gilmer County, GA, the daughter of Tom &
Jane Craig Sumner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Claude
Starks. She is survived by daughters and son-in-laws, Imogene Starks, Ruby
Nell and Roy Wright, Betty and Winston Frady, Jessie and David Pierce, and
Wanda and Phillip Pankey; sons and daughters-in-laws, Grady "Bug" Starks,
Jeff and Ruth Starks, Charles and Ruth Starks, and Billy and Barbara
Starks; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and a brother, Willard
Craig. Interment was in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. Logan
