State of Georgia, Wilkinson County
     This indenture made and entered into the ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty between Ira Wheeler, Mary E. Cobb, Martha J. Wheeler of Jones County of the first part and H.W. Price of Wilkinson County of the second part.  Witness that the said Ira Wheeler, Mary E. Cobb and Martha J. Wheeler for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and eighty five dollars cash in hand paid by the said H.W. Price to them the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said H.W. Price, his heirs, admins. and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in Wilkinson County in the fourth Dist. of said county known and distinguished as parts of lots No. 99 & 114 in said Dist. containing Seventy Seven acres more or less.  Bounded as follows on the east by E.A. Waldan, on the west by Dosse Shepherd, on the north by C.R. Road, to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land unto him the said H.W. Price, his heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereunto in any wise belonging to his own proper benefit and behaaf forever in fee Simple.  And the said Ira Wheeler, Mary E. Cobb and Martha J. Wheeler, their heirs, admins. and assigns unto the said H.W. Price will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of  all and every other persons or persons whomsoever.  In witness the Ira Wheeler, Mary E. Cobb and Martha J. Wheeler has hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and date above written.  Signed, sealed & delivered in presence of
